Shipping and Other Important Notes:
Shipping: Allow up to 3 weeks for shipping (holiday seasons might take longer ie: Christmas, etc.) and otherwise noted. Most beds are shipped UPS due to size and weight.
Returns/Refunds: Items damaged upon receipt will qualify for a refund less shipping charges per manufacturers policy. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of damaged items. No other refunds will be given.
Pet Bed Care Instructions: For best results, wash the cover using regular washing detergent using cold or lukewarm water; turn cover inside out to protect color. Tumble dry on low heat, or line dry. Wash the inside poly-fill liner only when needed. We recommend hand washing our foam inserts and do not suggest drying them in a dryer. Air drying foam inserts is recommended. |
