Losing a beloved companion is probably the hardest thing you can experience. Only those who have lost a companion before knows exactly how you feel. You feel the immense grief that sometimes overwhelms you and you find yourself trying hard each day not to cry. You see their empty dish, their favorite toy, their comfy bed and their collar they once wore. You gave them all of your love and then gave them the ultimate gift of love by letting them go. However, you still want them near you.
