I do a variety of artwork from time to time.  I love to do quilled art and glass etching, too.  Below are some of our examples of quilled art and  some information about our glass etching.

QUILLED ART

Quilled Art is an ancient art form that's been around for over 500 years. It's tedious work but very delicate and beautiful when it's done.  A 9x6 picture takes approximately 36 to 40 hours to do working at least 4 hours per day for 9 to 10 days.  An 8.5x11 picture takes approximately 48 to 52 hours to do working at least 4 hours per day for 12 to 13 days.

We have to allow time for curling the paper strips, drying time for the special glue we use and the positioning/securing of all the paper strips on the background.  This type of artwork is very tedious and time consuming.  We will do our best to match the color of paper strips to the color of your Greyhound's coat and background colors will be chosen to compliment the entire picture.

9x6 - 1 Greyhound/no frame = $50 each  SALE $35 EA!

8.5x11 - 1 Greyhound/no frame = $100 each  SALE $75 EA!

Payment Plan Information   We understand times are hard for a lot of people so we came up with a special payment plan for those who need a little extra time in paying.   If you are interested in having us make a quilled art picture of your pet but can't afford the full price, we will be happy to accept 50% down and the remaining 50% will be due when the artwork is ready to be shipped.   If you need more than 15 days to make your final payment, please email us and we will be willing to work with you.  However, we will have to charge an extra $10 for a 9"x6" picture and an extra $20 for an 8.5"x11" picture on to your final payment.   All final payments MUST be made within 30 days after your order was placed and must be received before the artwork is shipped. The only exception to this is if specific time extension arrangements are made by Greyhound Affair in writing.   There will be NO REFUNDS if you decide you can not/do not follow through with your final payment.  Unless specific payment arrangements have been made in writing by us, all artwork will be sold or auctioned off by Greyhound Affair.   Once your ordered artwork is completed, we will send a photo via email before shipping.  We will inform you when it is shipped and the approximate date of it's arrival.   Once your ordered artwork is completed, we will send a photo via email before shipping.  We will inform you when it is shipped and the approximate date of it's arrival.   Please email us if you are interested in our payment plan.
